Ayano Wright brings an international perspective to Hybrid Axis, combining a passion for fitness with the timeless principles of Japanese health and longevity. Originally from Japan, Ayano began her journey as a distance runner, progressing from 5K and 10K events into strength training and, eventually, hybrid fitness and Hyrox competitions.
Her lived experience of both Eastern and Western approaches to training and nutrition allows her to offer practical advice on how to build strength, maintain balance, and train for long-term performance.
Ayano now supports the Hybrid Axis community with guidance on hybrid training, recovery, and Japanese-inspired nutrition that promotes energy, discipline, and resilience—at every stage of your fitness journey.
